COVID-19 Response

To Our Valued Customers,

With the COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation constantly evolving across our nation and the world, I want to share with you some of the steps that we are taking at all of our properties.

Our highest priority at this time is the health and safety of our Team Members and our Customers.

We have been providing our Site Managers with information and regular updates from the CDC. We have increased support, updated our policies and procedures for cleaning, provided assistance with obtaining cleaning materials/hand sanitizers, and we are promoting methods of “social distancing”.  We have ensured our site managers that if they are sick and/or have been potentially exposed to the virus, that they are not to come to work and that we have a plan in place to cover the office.

Our plan is to keep all of our rental offices open during this time. We will make every effort to do so, however if government regulations or extreme staffing issues occur, we may need to temporarily close offices. We are taking the necessary actions now to be able to remotely accept rental payments and continue with new rentals, while limiting the amount of people coming into our offices. 

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you updated with any new developments. While the next few weeks will be a bit challenging, we have a solid plan in place and a great team ready to do whatever is needed.
