Professional and helpful management. Great location in Cottonwood (near TractorSupply/OneAZCreditUnion).
The office manager, Robin, was very fast and efficient in signing up our lease over the phone which made the whole process 10x faster. We got a 10x20 unit but realized after we got there that it was way too much space. We called Robin to see if there was a smaller unit available. Luckily she was able to find us a 10x10 unit that was just moved out of the previous day. She was able to transfer our payment from the 10x20 to the 10x10 so that we wouldn't be stuck renting space we didn't need. Thanks Robin!“

I rented a unit from them, last summer, and still have it. The prices were the best in my area. The people are friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had to contact the manager about anything, they get back to me within 24 hours.
